Preparation

Finding somewhere to live as a New Age traveller is like most things, a case of who you know, not what you know. Convincing the people who already live on site that you are an asset and not a liability takes diplomacy and hard graft. Yesterday I secured my place by clearing two years growth of brambles so a bloke could get to his bees and next I need to get insured so I can drive my mates truck because I am a TWAT (traveller without a tow).
I'm going to spend my birthday putting the finishing touches to my little caravan, sort the materials and tools I need to take with me and practice my presentation.
This weekend however is the penultimate "Demented Slagz" gig before I start my course.
